Initial Screening

Appointments are scheduled at our medical center and qualifying questions will be asked to ensure the program is right for you.

Our treatment is provided on an outpatient basis and takes between 1 – 1½ hours, and includes:

• Completing a medical questionnaire
• A brief preliminary screening of your health
• Presentation describing the procedure, how it works, possible side effects, and behavioral modification resources in detail
